Why SEO Article Writing And Not Plain Content Writing?

SEO article writing or Search Engine Optimization article writing is the biggest thing to hit the internet since…well…search engines! It is the way that website owners have found to help rank their pages higher in the lists. Some people try to do it themselves only to find out that SEO article writing is not as easy as it seems. The content must be good. Grammar, punctuation, and spelling must be spot on and keywords are of the utmost importance.

SEO Article Writing vs. Content Writing

Some people will argue that SEO article writing is totally different that normal content writing. To a point that is true. Content writing must be well thought out and researched, so must SEO article writing. Content writing must have good grammar and spelling, so must SEO article writing. Content writing must be engaging, informative, relevant, and entertaining, so must SEO article writing. Content writing doesn’t have to worry about using keywords at a specific density to optimize the web page for search engines to help increase page rank, SEO article writing does. That is the main difference between content writing and SEO article writing. SEO article writing, at least good SEO article writing has to be everything that standard content article writing is and then some. SEO article writing can prove to be difficult, especially when the keywords or keyword phrases aren’t something that a normal speaker or writer would say or write. The words must flow and appear natural but still fit the requirements of SEO article writing. Only truly talented writers can operate successfully in SEO article writing.

From Idea to Published Book … How to Self-publish the Easy Way!

I’ve been involved in publishing for over a decade now as an author, editor, and project manager; however, it wasn’t until just a few years ago that I decided to move into self-publishing. Indeed, my first few projects involved consulting for others and, now, I am involved in my own, personal projects. It has taken a while for me to come back around to my own works, but in the process I learned how to minimize time and expenses in producing a book and getting it to market.

This short article will not try to explain every aspect of book publishing in detail, but it will brush on a few of the important topics. I have a few other book projects in the making that will detail the book self-publishing process; however, in the mean time, this should give you a good basis of understanding.

— The Idea —

The most difficult part of creating your manuscript is deciding on the topic. We all have ideas. It’s part of our being. Ideas pop in and out of our heads all day long; however, we usually dismiss many of them as useless or too simple to be of use. You would be surprised at how many people want “simple” and easy-to-understand information! Readers want books that teach, inform, and entertain.

Do we introduce computers to children?

2 years, 3 years, 6, 8, 12, 15, never, when do we start the process of introducing children to computers? Educators, parents, even gray-haired and learned professors cannot agree. The second question that then arises is whether computer based content positively or negatively affects the learning process. I can hear the screams of protest and support in full interactive, multi-media, broadband enhanced detail even as I write. Meanwhile millions of dollars are being spent to bring computers and the Internet to elementary schools around the globe. The only area all agree on, well maybe, is that all students should be taught how to use computers and the Internet eventually. As all will need an understanding of technology to enjoy the products of technology and in many cases within the future work environment. In this article I will try to summarize some of the arguments for and against technology in early education and finally to make a synopsis of how I believe we should address this vital issue. Firstly lets take a look at the arguments for early introduction.

Future Needs: The use of computers and an understanding of how to use the Internet are already critical to modern society today in manifest directions. These include, the work environment, information gathering for work orpleasure, shopping, communications etc. and if true today, how much moretomorrow. The Office of Occupational Statistics and Employment predicts thatthe computer industry will continue to show the greatest growth of any industry in the USA. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), more than half of all workers used a computer on the job in September 2001. And nearly three-fourths of those workers connected to the Internet or used e-mail.

Use Emotion in Persuasive Speeches

A couple of years ago, my wife and I were shopping for a new car. I remember clearly my response to the salesman who showed us the model we were interested in. It wasn’t, “Gee, that is a fine car!”(for I already knew that before I visited the lot). What I said was, “He’s a really nice guy”… just before I asked my wife, “Did you bring the checkbook?”

And Mrs. Merchant, the 4th grade teacher that I remember so fondly? I can say with certainty that I’ve never mused to myself: “Gosh, I loved the way she folded culture into that unit on South American geography. And her grasp of pre-algebra? Outstanding!”

No, my memories prompt me to think: “That woman changed my life – because she believed in me and showed me what I was capable of.”

In both these situations, my emotional response was what mattered.

It’s the same with the audiences for your speeches and presentations.

Human beings make important decisions because those choices feel right for them. They will justify their decisions with data and logic. But it’s EMOTION that turns people on, and drives the choices in their lives.

Persuasion begins with trust, not with information. Every time you talk to a customer, prospect, colleague, or stakeholder, an unvoiced understanding takes place: you (the speaker) are seeking to influence your listeners. You’re trying to change them in some way–positively and ethically, we hope. Change isn’t easy for anyone. It only occurs when the person to be changed trusts that you are worth listening to and believing in.
